The **Customer**![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-hxghl2a8.png)form consists of **Customer** **information**, **Addresses**, **Billing information**, **Contact persons**, **Comments**, and **Circuits**. The **Billing information** and **Comments** sections are hidden, and you can open them by clicking ![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-81drvsy9.png). Enter the information or retrieve the required **customer information** to the form. Click **Add![add_address](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-48r5m9on.png)**to open the **Address** form for adding an **address**. The functions of the **Address** form are introduced in the chapter [Address](/kb/docs/address-3-1-1). You can add an address to the **B****illing information** section in the same way. Do not forget to enter the **name** of the billed party. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-f3vfbq3v.png) ## Customer’s circuits The **Circuits** section on the **Customer![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-hxghl2a8.png)**form displays the circuits that have been created for the customer. Click a row in the **Circuit section** with the right mouse button to open the **Circuit** or **Address** form, or to **highlight** a route on the map. Click![add](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-i3ydnglp.png)or![customers](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-mssjgmsz.png)to add information on such forms. You can transfer information from the **Customer** form to an object form by clicking **Update to form**![vie](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-h6xqi2gh.png). ![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-sa8eq0rk.png) To view a list of objects related to the customer, such as circuits or the objects on the telecom premises’ device database, click **List related objects**![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-2zaj0aj9.png)on the **Customer![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-hxghl2a8.png)**form. The list includes the type and name of the objects. Select the object by clicking **Show on the form** in the context menu. ## Customer’s contact person You can enter information on the customer’s contact person. In the drop-down menu for **Customer**, select **Contact person**. You can also open this **Contact person** form by right-clicking the correct person in the **Contact persons** section on the **Customer** form if contact persons have been defined. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-ekepv55c.png) Enter the information on a contact person and, if necessary, a secondary contact person. To select an address for the contract person, click **Add**![add_address](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-bfi9sndn.png)to open the **Address**![address](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/other-tools-image-bhhhjggg.png)form. Search and select the correct address for the form. You can add one by right-clicking the **Related customers** field and by clicking **Add new![add](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-ofpubm9d.png)**. The **Customers** form is then opened. Click **Update to form**![application_go](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-pvy5hhwn.png) to add a **Customer**. The customer you selected appears on the **Related customers** list. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-ed5kq4pv.png) Right-click a customer row to select one of the options in the menu: **Open customer![customers](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-atwvm8kx.png)**, **Add new![add](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-f6d0vqlt.png),** or **Delete**![delete](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-tlw3oz1o.png). These functions allow you to open the **Customer![](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-hxghl2a8.png)**form and add or delete customers. On the **Rental contract**![https://stage.keycom.keypro.fi/static/keyrns_core/image/script_edit.png](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-0yckjjp2.png)form, information on the **customer** is displayed in the field **Lessor** or **Lessee**. **Contact persons** defined for each party can be selected in the fields **Lessor contact** and **Lessee contact**. More information on rental contracts can be found in the chapter [Rental contract](/kb/docs/rental-contract-1-1-1). ## Customer’s reports To create customer-specific reports, click **Reports**![report](https://cdn.document360.io/672fb328-110d-4b2d-9d5f-f1e71883bb64/Images/Documentation/keynet-tools-image-z7xw94nu.png)and select **Customer’s circuits** in either PDF or XLSX format, or select **Customer’s circuits logical OE connections**, which displays the logical connections for the customer’s circuits. ##
