Implemented a new Diary feature for more detailed work reports

Other features and enhancements
The information can now be reported in the correct order (Room, Corridor and Ceiling) at the Asbest: 101 information section found in the District heating tab of the Consumer point form
Added support for URL field for WFS
Enhanced the District heating conduit from, so that when creating a new conduit with a state set to "In use" the system will skip the "Do you also want to create a plan" window and creates the plan immediately
