# Mass updating objects

With the Mass updating feature multiple objects can be updated simultaneously. There are some things that may need to be considered regarding to the Mass Update feature:

- When mass updating objects, the usage state of the objects which are being updated must be set a numeric value. Learn more: [Usage state](/kb/docs/text-constants-4-1-1).
