    NOTE: This API is provided by a separate service.

    Operation is used to find a circuit and change it's sections state from "more connected" to "less connected" ("Soon free" > "In use" , "Soon used" > "Preconnected" , "Preconnected" or "Partially Preconnected" -> delete section, if no sections left - delete circuit). Automatically removes Disconnect Date planned from sections when cancelling the circuit from the state "Soon free" to "In use". Automatically removes Connect Date Planned when cancelling the circuit from the state "Soon in use" to "Pre connected". Available from product version 3.4.0.
