Today we announce the general availability of two Service Packs to recent releases, namely 2026.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and 2025.3 Service Pack 4 (SP4).
We continuously work to improve our Network Information Systems (NIS) and respond quickly to any issues customers encounter in their daily use of Keypro products. As part of this commitment, we develop updates and fixes for identified issues and deliver them to our customers as Service Packs. These Service Packs provide the latest reliability, performance, and security updates to KeyCom for telecoms and Internet Service Providers (ISPs), KeyAqua for water utilities, KeyHeat for district heating providers, and KeyLight for street lighting network managers and municipalities.

The Service Packs are immediately available to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will automatically benefit from the enhancements included. Our Technical Support team will contact existing customers to arrange a suitable upgrade window.
Both Service Packs are fully backward compatible with their corresponding major release versions, ensuring a seamless upgrade process without the need for additional user training.
