Keypro has released Service Pack 1 for the 2024.1 versions of its Network Information Systems: KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat, and KeyLight. This update enhances reliability, performance, and security for water utilities, telecoms, district heating providers, and street lighting management. The SP1 addresses issues identified by both clients and internal testing, and it is available at no additional cost to existing Keypro SaaS and maintenance clients, while new clients will automatically receive these features. Keypro emphasizes user convenience, ensuring that SP1 maintains full backward compatibility with the initial 2024.1 releases, allowing for a seamless transition without requiring additional training. The latest Service Pack 1 (SP1) for the 2024.1 versions of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat and KeyLight has been released and is immediately available for all customers.
