A water network modeling function has been implemented in KeyAqua in cooperation with Fluidit Ltd. KeyAqua includes information on the water network and consumption data for consumer points, in addition to which it includes data such as control data for pumping stations. The initial data stored in the Fluidit Water modeling programme includes, for example, the water sources for the network, booster pump stations, pumping stations and information related to network automation.
The systems exchange information through interfaces:
- The network to be modelled is sent from KeyAqua to Fluidit Water.
- Fluidit Water links the network in question to a model previously created in Fluidit Water and performs network calculations.
- Fluidit Water saves the results and sends them to KeyAqua.
- KeyAqua stores the results in a database from which they can be viewed.
KeyAqua has a separate form implemented for the modeling function, and the functionality is managed through that form.
