2024.2 Service Pack 1 for the entire Keypro product family released
Today we announce the release of Service Pack 1 (SP1) for the 2024.2 versions of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat, and KeyLight—industry-leading Network Information Systems (NIS) designed for their respective verticals. KeyAqua for water utilities and municipalities, KeyCom for telecoms and ISPs, KeyHeat for district heating providers and KeyLight for street light network owners.
The 2024.2 Service Pack 1 brings enhanced reliability, performance and security, resolving issues discovered by customers or Keypro's internal testing team. "The 2024.2 release of our NIS suite has been received tremendously well and the new functionalities and APIs have enabled more efficient ways of working for our clients. With the release of Service Pack 1, we are further solidifying the reliability of these essential tools", states Tero Anttonen, Product Manager at Keypro. “I encourage all our KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat and KeyLight customers to upgrade to their respective versions of 2024.2 Service Pack 1".
SP1 for 2024.2 versions of all our products are now available to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will immediately benefit from the enhancements included in this Service Pack. Keypro’s technical support team will reach out to existing customers to arrange a suitable upgrade window.
This Service Pack is fully backward compatible with previous KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat and KeyLight 2024.2 versions, ensuring a seamless upgrade process without the need for additional user training.
