2024.4 Service Pack 1 and 2024.3 Service Pack 2 released
Today, Keypro announces the general availability of two Service Packs: 2024.4 Service Pack 1 and 2024.3 Service Pack 2. These updates aim to enhance the reliability, performance, and security of Keypro's Network Information Systems, which serve various sectors including telecommunications, water utilities, district heating, and street lighting. The Service Packs are available at no additional cost to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers, with new customers benefiting from the enhancements immediately. Existing customers will be contacted by Technical Support to arrange suitable upgrade times. Importantly, both Service Packs are fully backward compatible with previous major releases, ensuring a smooth upgrade process without requiring additional user training. Today we announce the general availability of two Service Packs to recent releases, namely 2024.4 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and 2024.3 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
We work hard to improve our Network Information Systems (NIS) and react fast to any issues customer’s encounter in their daily use of Keypro products. As part of this effort, we develop updates and fixes to recognized issues and release them for our customers as Service Packs. These Service Packs provide the latest reliability, performance and security updates to KeyCom for Telecoms and Internet Service Providers (ISPs), KeyAqua for water utilities, KeyHeat for district heating providers, and KeyLight for street lighting network managers and municipalities.
Both 2024.4. SP 1 and 2024.3. SP 2 are immediately available to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will immediately benefit from the enhancements included in the Service Packs. Our Technical Support will contact existing customers to schedule a suitable upgrade window.
Both Service Packs are fully backward compatible with previous corresponding major release versions, ensuring a seamless upgrade process without the need for additional user training.
