Today, we’re pleased to announce the release of Service Pack 1 (SP1) for the 2025.1 versions of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat, and KeyLight—our industry-leading Network Information Systems (NIS): KeyAqua for water utilities and municipalities, KeyCom for telecoms and ISPs, KeyHeat for district heating providers, and KeyLight for streetlight network operators.
The 2025.1 SP1 delivers important updates focused on improving stability, performance, and security, addressing issues identified by our customers and internal QA teams.
New: Supply Interruption Communication via Blue Idea
With 2025.1 SP1, KeyAqua users can now take advantage of a tightly integrated solution for supply interruption communication through Blue Idea. Blue Idea offers a modern, easy-to-use platform for notifying end users about planned or unplanned service interruptions.
This integration enables utilities to manage communication workflows directly from within KeyAqua, reducing manual steps and ensuring timely and transparent updates to customers. Whether it’s a scheduled maintenance or an unexpected outage, Blue Idea helps utility providers keep their stakeholders informed with minimal effort.

Availability and Upgrade Process
Service Pack 1 for the 2025.1 release is available now to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will automatically benefit from these enhancements, while our technical support team will contact existing users to arrange a convenient upgrade window.
This Service Pack is fully backward compatible with earlier 2025.1 versions, ensuring a seamless upgrade process with no need for additional user training.
