Form tabs

The first tab of the form for each network object (valve, manhole, node, cable, conduit) contains the object’s property and location information that will be presented in the following paragraphs.

Common

On the Common tabyou can provide information about mapping and the accuracy of location and elevation. The tab automatically stores information about the saving and updating the object. The tab is the same for all network object forms.

Maintenance history

The forms for district heating network objects have the Maintenance history tab showing the maintenance work performed on the object. If KeyHeat is integrated with the work management system, the work management routes and their data are shown in the Routes section of the Maintenance history tab.

The Maintenance history section presents information related to components, if they have been added to the network object in question in the work management system.

The Show only negative deflections dialog displays only observations in the Maintenance history section that are so-called fault entries. For example, if a Manhole cover observation is annotated with Missing, it is a fault entry. The Show only negative deflections dialog can be used to distinguish between observations that necessitate additional action.

Other

The Other tab displays the so-called free-form property attributes. The following forms allow free-form property attributes to be added to objects:

  • Conduit
  • Cable
  • Manhole, Valve, Node
  • Network area

You can use the free-form property attributes when searching for objects, and they can be included in the List function and its report. The system’s admin user can freely configure the free-form property attributes, name them, and select the data type to be applied (text, number, date).

Attachments

On the Attachments tab, you can add or delete documents and photos associated with an object. On the tab, you can export the attached documents to a Zip file and edit them later with the Modify function, which takes you to the External documents form. For more information about attachments and external documents, see KeyAqua Help.

Extra data

On the Extra data tab, you can save free-form text. It is also possible to use the Manhole form to store the address of the manhole either automatically or by retrieving it from the Address form.
