This document describes four different use cases related to creating an alert.

  1. Supply interruption → SMS (text message) → Alert (on the website)
  2. Supply interruption → Alert (on the website)
  3. SMS (text message) → Alert (on the website) by manually selecting the affected area on the map
  4. Editing an existing supply interruption afterwards
  • The first use case describes creating an alert starting from the Supply interruption form and then continuing through the SMS sending form to the Alerts form.
  • The second use case describes creating an alert directly from the Supply interruption form.
  • The third use case describes a situation where the affected area is selected manually on the map (e.g., if the Supply interruption form is not available).
  • The fourth use case describes a situation where an existing interruption needs to be edited, for example, if the duration of the disruption changes.

Additionally, this guide explains the important preparatory tasks (e.g., actions related to network quality).
