Foreword:

This document describes new and noteworthy features added to KeyCom’s latest version. Some features are subject to additional activation/order even if it is not mentioned explicitly, contact us for more details. Please note that the features and their functionalities are subject to change, and they can be removed or changed in the future releases.


2025.3

Conduit form enhancements

  • Added new Owner and Renter fields to the Conduit form to improve data structuring and ownership management

  • Included new Owner and Renter fields to conduit reports

  • Added new Owner and Renter fields to the list view in the Conduit change history feature

Cross-section form improvements

  • Improved the behavior of functionalities that open the Cross-section form to ensure it loads with the correct details pre-filled for items in the Devices/Cables list

  • Updated the Devices / Cables list to dynamically display “Devices”, “Cables”, or “Devices / Cables” based on the active toggle button selection

  • Refined the behavior of the “Show Devices” and “Show Cables” toggle buttons to display corresponding details in the Devices / Cables list based on active selection

  • Enhanced the Connectors and Threads lists by introducing a new pin feature

  • Added a checkbox “Enable Device / Cable Filter” to the Cross-section form:

    • When enabled, search conditions are applied to the Device/Cable filter and list, highlighting and preselecting matching rows

    • When not enabled, the filter behaves as before—search conditions do not affect the Devices / Cables list or identification fields

Other new features and enhancements

  • Report Service: Work order report is now available in PDF format

  • Extended the automatic object identifier generation to also support device identifier generation rules

  • Added a configuration wizard for KeyIntegration that utilizes the existing Menu setup wizard functionality, simplifying setup and eliminating the need for manual JSON editing

PostgreSQL compatibility

  • Added support for the Replace feature on the Logical mass connection change form

  • Added support for Circuit fault layers and the related Circuit fault monitoring form

Maintenance and security

  • Performed system maintenance and library updates to ensure stability, performance, and protection against potential vulnerabilities

  • Enabled ReCAPTCHA by default on the Reset password and User registration pages

Rest API

  • Added new Owner and Renter conduit fields to the related API endpoint

  • Extended the existing Service Area REST API to include support for remark information

  • Added a new FreeText API endpoint to support the creation of free text entries
