Installation depth class

The installation depth class of cables and conduits is determined in group INSTALL_DEPTH_CLASS.

• Text…Text (en): Text specifying the installation depth, for example, 0–199 m.

Installation type

The installation method of the streetlight is specified in group SL_INSTALLATION_TYPE.

Configuring duct types

Select Keylight_Core -> Conduit – Duct – Types

• Duct type: duct type identifier

• Color: Not available in the browser application.
• Outer diameter: the duct’s outer diameter in numerals
• Inner diameter: the duct’s inner diameter in numerals
• Duct shape: the shape of the duct. Configure the available options in the DUCT_FORM group. (Editing text constants).
• Unit price: not in use
• Number of sub-ducts: not in use
• Sub-duct type: not in use
• Availability starts: the date from which a duct of the specified type will be available for construction purposes

Duct defaults

To set the defaults, go to a Conduit form in the application and click Save as defaults in the drop-down menu for Save. The selection is only visible to admin users.

• Numeric value 2: RESERVED! Will be used by the Kaivulupa.fi service; the field specifies the manhole’s installation type: buried or aerial (Manholes can in some cases connect Arina-type conduits, which are typically installed overhead). This information is used in the safe-to-dig.com services to configure whether certain manhole types are displayed on the map provided to diggers.
