We are pleased to announce the availability of Service Pack 2 (SP2) for the 2026.1 releases of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat, and KeyLight, Keypro’s NIS software suite supporting infrastructure and utility providers:
- KeyAqua for water utilities and municipalities
- KeyCom for telecom operators and ISPs
- KeyHeat for district heating companies
- KeyLight for streetlight network operators
SP2 includes a small set of maintenance fixes and minor performance improvements based on customer feedback and internal quality assurance processes. The update focuses on improving overall system stability and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation across all products.
Availability and Upgrade Process
2026.1 Service Pack 2 is available immediately to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will receive the updated version by default. Our Technical Support team will contact existing customers to arrange a suitable upgrade schedule.
Service Pack 2 is fully backward compatible with the original 2026.1 release and previous service packs, enabling a smooth and interruption-free upgrade process with no changes required to existing workflows or user training.
