Some features are subject to additional activation/order even if it is not mentioned explicitly, contact us for more details. Also please note that the features and their functionalities are subject to change, and they can be removed or changed in the future releases.

2024.2:

Other end telecom premises list

  • Implemented a separate Other end telecom premises list for creating "bundle level" other end data with the address information for a selected KeyCom device and its sub-devices
  • Possibility to open the Other end telecom premises list from Telecom premises, Device and Cross section forms
  • Added a separate filtering functionality allowing the user to display only bundles that lead, for example, to the desired address
  • Possibility to generate an excel report based on the data displayed on the grid
  • Added the following columns to the Other end telecom premises list:
    • Telecom premises identification
    • Telecom premises name
    • Telecom premises type
    • Telecom premises address
    • Telecom premises address postal code and post office
    • Telecom premises address municipality
    • Telecom premises comment
    • Telecom premises technical information
    • Device hierarchy (the list of parent devices e.g. "A > B > C")
    • Device identification
    • Device type
    • Device class
    • Device usage state
    • Connector bundle (identifier of the first and last connector in the bundle separated by three dots (e.g. "1-2-3-14 ... 1-2-7-85"))
    • Length of the logical other end connection in meters (if at bundle level, the same for all logical connections) - Note: Unit "m" for header level
    • Free (number of free connectors in a single bundle in the same way as shown in the cross-section form)
    • Other End telecom premises identification
    • Other End telecom premises name
    • Other End telecom premises type
    • Other End telecom premises address
    • Other End telecom premises address postal code and post office
    • Other End telecom premises address municipality
    • Other End telecom premises comment
    • Other End telecom premises technical information

Reservation of connections form

  • Added the following columns to the Reservation of connections form:
    • Telecom premises identification
    • Telecom premises name
    • Telecom premises type (hidden by default)
    • Telecom premises technical information (hidden by default)
    • Address
    • Zipcode & City (hidden by default)
    • Municipality (hidden by default)
    • Telecom premises remarks (hidden by default)
    • Parent devices
    • Device identification
    • Device class (hidden by default)
    • Device type
    • Device remarks (hidden by default)
    • Connector
    • Connector type (hidden by default)
    • Connection type (the abbreviation of logical connection type)
    • Length
    • Construction state

Other new features and enhancements

  • Added new device and cable filters as toggle buttons in Cross section form
  • Permanent connections are now treated as a pair, so that when disconnecting the circuit reservation of the other end of a connection it affects the other end as well
  • Changed the parent plan drop-down list to a text box in the Plan from
  • Telecom premises report can now be generated without defining an area for the network object
  • ViVi and Ficora reports are now sent to user's email as a zip file
  • Logical and physical network grid columns no longer go back to default settings after selecting another circuit on the form
  • Keypro Oy Support portal can be now opened by clicking the User manuals button which can be found under the Help drop-down menu

REST API

  • Added releasePort REST API endpoint
    • Main view releaseport endpoint
    • Function to delete logical reservations
    • Function for deleting physical reservations
  • Extended the releaseWorkOrder REST API service to automatically delete existing circuit contract number, order number, and customer details
    • Added a new "usageState" input parameter for overwriting the pre-connected usage state
