GDPR is the new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union. Its purpose is to protect the privacy of users and change the companies’ mindset and measures related to data protection. The related user groups With the GDPR, two new user groups have been added to the system. The new user groups are GDPR_NORMAL_ACCESS and GDPR_EXTENDED_ACCESS, which are included in the default user groups (see chapter Available user groups in KeyAqua ). By default, only the users in these groups are authorised to access customer data. Private–restricted customer type In addition, a new customer type has been added to the system to accommodate the changes required by the GDPR. The name of this new group is  Private–restricted . Access to data related to this customer type is restricted to users who belong to the GDPR_EXTENDED_ACCESS user group.

Asynkroniset raportit Suurten hakujoukkojen raportointi siirtyy asynkroniseen eli taustalla tapahtuvaan raportointitilaan, kun raportin luominen kestää ympäristökohtaisesti määritellyn aikarajan yli. Tavallisesti tämä aikaraja on asetettu yhteen minuuttiin. Tämän jälkeen raportti toimitetaan liitetiedostona käyttäjätunnuksessa määriteltyyn sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Ohjelma huomauttaa käyttäjää, mikäli raportti on lähetetty tämän sähköpostiin. Use the Print tool for print series and quick print. Print series refers to printouts that consist of one or several parts, whereas Quick print enables you to quickly create a printout of the map.
